I love to roll dice too.
Here’s an optional dice mechanic.
Player describes intended Action and draws it on the Challenge.
Player Rolls a 1D6 to determine effectiveness of Action:
- 1- No, GM describes how it fails to have intended outcome.
- 2- Yes, but GM describes one complication.
- 3,4- Yes, but other players describe one complication.
- 5- Yes, it worked.
- 6- Yes, and Player describes how epic it looked.
