These are listed in the entry requirements, but I’ll list them here again and answer your specific questions.

0.25” outer margins, 0.8” inner margin, 0.13” bleed
No specific font requirements, entries can be wildly different!
Color is wonderful! B&W is wonderful! Make your tribute your own!

I would suggest consolidating a font for titles, to give the book a commonality.

Is that .8 inner margin correct? And are the inner margin and outer margins including the bleed? I've never set up such before and I'm trying to do so

Those margins are correct and do not include bleed, bleed is only around the outside. Since the final book will be wire bound to allow it to lay flat (without having to fund a full hardbound offset run), we need extra space on the inner margins.
