Yes, that is intended for this jam. The setting is now: Submitters only — Submission uploader can vote on other entries
We used to have collaborators to vote also, but has been abused sometimes :( so we changed to 1 vote for a team instead of the whole team and all members.
You can discuss with each other for the vote/rating and you all should be able to give feedback/comments to the other participants.
