The visuals for this game are on point! I love the color palette, the pixel art, and just the overall look of this. The vibe you have going on perfectly encapsulates your mechanical theme.

I will say that I did run into issues understanding how to best navigate and tackle problems that happened to the dam. The booklet of instructions was a bit intimidating; I even ended up causing a bug where every time I restarted the game, my flood levels would just rise in seconds. It probably sounds dumb, but maybe having like a quick step-by-step highlighting what parts to hit for early levels might help better teach players unfamiliar with these types of games.

Regardless, good stuff!

Thanks for playing!

Yes, unfortunately the introduction to the game is a bit rough,

Basically I wanted to introduce each mechanic separately in a dedicated level: water level,  valves repair, turbines etc.. But I started too late and ran out of time, (the booklet was made something like 15 minutes before sending the game ahah) I even removed a seismometer that was supposed to be in the notepad location because it was too complicated without a real tutorial.

For the bug, can you tell me more about the conditions so that I can try to fix it?

Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed the game, :)

I'll take the time to rework all this after the end of the jam.

Glad to hear! Will have to add it to the itch collection for future updates. The bug cause is a good question though.  Trying to replicate it right now but can't figure out what I did. It was like midphone call, I left the water valve up so water levels could go up (I don't remember why I did that btw).  And then the valve just became unresponsive, lost the game, and water levels kept staying at 70-80 water level every time I restarted the game. Of course, closing the entire game fixed it but it's like the statistics from the previous sessions kept rolling over.
