Secondly, you can try updating the graphics driver card and K-lite codec pack to the latest version. We will send you detailed instructions in your email if you find it confusing.
Thirdly, regarding the issue, "To be clear, it is the games themselves that will not work. These are new computers that my friend and I have tried to play, each with two different games, and we have also attempted on other older computers, but they still will not work." This is because our key is only activated once and only on one device. If you want new keys to test on other devices, please let us know.
