Hi,

Recently I bought two copies of another of your game,The Chronicles of Lancelot - 3D NSFW gay game,and it also does not work.I paid, $14.69,for each of these both copies of this new games just two days ago,so that I could have both the standard Itch.io,non gold version and the Gold version too.Both me and my friend have also tried to play both of these versions too and they honestly don't work.

I bought two copies of Dik Journey, in this last year and they don't work.I originally bought them from,Gumroad and when I had problems with that version,your company sent me,two Itch.io,licenses,which I redeemed on my own itch.io account, and my friend,whom I bought the second copy of this game for,redeemed on his own,Itch.io,account as well. Neither my friend or myself have been able to play this game,neither the gumroad version or the Itch.io version,work at all.

Can you please give me a full refund for these four games,please.

To be clear,it is the games themselves that will not work.These are new computers that I and my friend have tried to play,each of these two different games on and we have also tried on other older computers too and they still will not work.

Can you please give me a full refund for the two,Itch.io purchases,for the,The Chronicles of Lancelot - 3D NSFW gay game, in the amount of,$14.69,for each of those two games,for a total of,$29.38.

Can I also have a refund for the other two games,that I bought within this last year,called,Dik Journey.I bought two of these as well,for,$9.99,for each of them,for a total of,$19.98.I and my friend have tried everything that we can but,neither,Dik Factory or The Chronicles of Lancelot - 3D NSFW gay game, will work at all.

You cannot attempt to play the same game on two different machines without requesting an additional key from us, as each key is valid for only one machine. Hi,

I was not trying to play the same game on two different machines.

I was trying to make the games work.

The four games that I purchased for myself and for my friend, crash a few minutes after I launch them.

My friend has the same kind of problems.I purchased two copies of each of these games,for a total of four copies of these two games.

These games won't work on any device,that I try to run them on.

The same problem happens with my friend and the two games that I boughtfor him as well.

The games crash and won't run at all,even before I can see any screen to enter the serial numbers.

I have tried to wait and see if maybe these four games might work at some point,but they honestly seem to be incompatible with my computer and my friend's computer as well.

Please don't worry about the refund.

Could you please help us so that we can assist you? This is not just for your benefit, but it is also an opportunity for us to address any disadvantages.

Firstly, could you please provide us with your PC configuration? This way, we can check if it is compatible with the game's system requirements.

Secondly, you can try updating the graphics driver card and K-lite codec pack to the latest version. We will send you detailed instructions in your email if you find it confusing.

Thirdly, regarding the issue, "To be clear, it is the games themselves that will not work. These are new computers that my friend and I have tried to play, each with two different games, and we have also attempted on other older computers, but they still will not work." This is because our key is only activated once and only on one device. If you want new keys to test on other devices, please let us know.

We just want to seek your help for development, not just for your sake but also for our improvement.

We downloaded the klite pack.We have updated our graphics cards too.

That did not help.These games just crash and crash.

Can you please just give a full refund for these four games in the amount of:

$49.36.

I really don't want to waste anymore of your time or mone or my friend's going back and forth,since the issue is not with the serial numbers at all.

The programs crash as soon as we try to open them and they don't work at all.

Pleae do the right thing and give me a full refund for these defective and incopatible games please.

I've contacted itch.io staff to issue a refund for the 2 copies of The Chronicles of Lancelot first, since the 2 copies of Dik Journey have been purchased for too long. Since our last email from us to you about the Dik Journey early bird was sent in 6/7/2023, it has been more than 6 months since we saw your reply, currently the refund button on Gumroad has been disabled. I'm contacting Gumroad regarding this issue and inform you accordingly. Could you please help me send the specs of the 4 systems so that I can forward it to the team to investigate why the game crashed on those systems? Thank you very much for your assistance.
