Probably Brazilians don't know either, as i live next to Brazil and have never heard of this before.

I also tried to find more information but couldn't find anything, so maybe it got added recently to that list of countries (recently as in this year).

Oh I thought you meant that you didn't want to invest in using a vpn and would rather make a censored version, but what you meant is that you want your game to be seen by everyone and thats why you made the censored version. Me dumb

Steam sadly can't be tricked by a vpn alone (I'm german, I tried), because they base your location on your payment method as well (don't ask me how, I don't know). So you would have to jump through even more hoops. A censored version with decensor patch is the most comfortable for german users afaik. And I can receive these games as a "gift" from someone.
