This was a lot of fun! I managed to get out with just like 20 seconds left. It felt great to go around the dungeon killing things. The art looks really great! The enemies, room layouts, everything looks neat and fits together. Bosses have their own special attacks which is great as well.  I like how as the time goes and poison kicks in you see the effects in your character. It really gives a sense of urgency.

Overall it was a great experience!

There are some things I'd like to note though:

  • As others have said, the camera movement feels weird, and ends up being dizzy and a little disorientating. It moves to smoothly, but what hurts it the most is that it feels like you're dragging the camera around, not moving it. Even if you stop moving the mouse, the camera still moves because it lags a little behind.
  • My weapon constantly got stuck on something! For some reason I clicked but the sword wouldn't swing. I don't know if this is a mechanic that I didn't understand or not. Maybe it has something to do with blocking, which brings me to it,
  • I don't know whether if blocking is a thing or not. The controls don't show any option for blocking, but it does seem that when you stop you raise your shield, so I thought that this is what might be happening. Maybe it's something automatic. I don't know, but maybe this is what was messing with my sword attacks. In fact, the way I solved it is repeatedly pressing the left and right mouse buttons. That seemed to work for me. The thing is, if blocking is not a thing, then adding a shield is only confusing!
