I know this is probably too much work and you don't have to go this far but just regarding the consistency on the image sets for each stage of jade, I think your image sets are great for Jade_2 and Jade_3. When you get to Jade_4, I think the main issue is that she loses too much roundness to her face and her model looks a little too tall. So it looks like she aged 4-5 years from jade_3 to Jade_4. I know you're ridiculously swamped at the moment but if your team ever has time to tweak this I'd sincerely appreciate it.
