I cant download either but in my case, google chrome and Windows 10 says there was a virus detected in the latest version

if i'm not mistaken it's because microsoft had the "bright" idea of adding an experimental AI algorithm to windows defender to detect viruses, which ends up accidentally detecting a lot of things as viruses as false positives, including a whole lot of itch.io games
