Hey! I've replied to your email with the savefile fixed and the incubator removed. Letting it overload should not cause any issue. I'm unsure how this incubator got bugged as it seems to be a very special case unlike anything I've seen before.

The desert stand doesn't get ingredients seemingly because you don't have enough idle settlers on your dock. Settlers work according to the building priority list (shortcut key P by default), and Desert Stands are lower on the priority list than more essential buildings like Cookhouses and Bars.

To solve this issue, you can either get more settlers/seagulls/bots so that there are enough of them carrying items around, or increase their efficiency by researching things that make them move faster/through education later on.

An immediate "solution" may be to bump up the Desert Stand's priority in the priority list, moving it above buildings you want less prioritized (it does mean that those buildings may then not have ingredients delivered so this simply gives you more control but not exactly solves the issue of lack of manpower).
