I watch one of the unboxing video of the Gamefound version, I saw some of the Patreon promos in the video. The Game Crafter version has Patreon promos from August 2022 to January 2023.

QOC base game and expansions (1 to 7) up to Resolutions (Volume 1) has: 53 Quest cards, 36 Item cards, 14 Environment cards, and 10 Companions cards.
Gamefound version has: 56 Quest cards, 42 Item cards, 15 Environment cards, and 16 Companion cards.
So according to the numbers, there are at least 16 more cards in the Gamefound version not including the 5 Boss cards, 4 Gamefound exclusive cards and additional Character card.
FYI: Some of the shop cards are also Patreon stuff in the Gamefound version according the pictures on this post and Gamefound page like the "Shenbot" shop card. It should be the "Grinch/Nutcracker" shop card. The 3 shop card for Base game and all expansion should be from the base game, Science Schmience (expansion 3), and Bountiful Boon (expansion 6).
