Love the continued use of the lowpoly art style, I’m always a fan! The presentation in the intro cinematic worked really well, on the nose but totally clear.

As for the rest of “didn’t have time”, I think that’s the real untold story of this round of GDKO, at the very least, that hit home for me too 😂

Though I’m sure you’re aware, some thoughts all the same:

  • Wasn’t clear at first in the cabin what to do, I think I pressed a key which picked up a short, but then it got placed back down after?
  • Broader point of not ever being sure in the end if I was more like a cameraman following the hero, if this other soldier was my companion.
  • I’d call this a bonus win, I had a fun time exploring the underworld from the hole in the cave :)
  • Edit to add: the scene of walking to the cave felt unnecessarily slow, since I was assuming I was the cameraman following the soldier hero. Though maybe you were planning more things to show up or be part of that section?

  • Yea, I should have had a icon pop up to pick the sword up, and once you walk toward the knight he picks it up and puts in on his back!
  • And yes, that did cross my mind. You are actually the knights, squire who helps him and what not.
  • Now that is hilarious as that was not meant to happen haha
  • Right again, for the walk to the cave, I thought it was a good pace but it seems too slow... lol
