woah, this game feels fully realized and complete, one of the most polished games i've seen in the jam so far! first of all, the puzzles are just really well made! they don't to feel too long or too short, they aren't easy but they aren't too difficult, it feels like they utilize the shifting mechanic to its fullest, everything about them feels right! the movement feels pretty good too, i feel like i am in total control of my character, feels nice to move around! the game is short, and thats totally fine, i felt really satisfied when i got to the end (it also helps out to play a short game when there are 900+ other games try to go through xd).

the art is really good too! the pixel sprites are charming and that gets elevated to a higher level with the chromatic aberration effect (i really like how it moves and its not just static). i think red & blue put best when they mention that the disconnect of the worlds holds a beauty in of itself, excellent stuff!

the story is also very sweet and thoughtful! the way that the narrative and dialogue is written really reminds me of undertale/deltarune (even the font and the use of brackets for important terms sells that vibe well)! i didn't expect the story to run deep when i first opened up the game, but this was such a pleasant surprise. the lore contextualization of the [aberration] was a really welcome surprise, and then tying that altogether into a story about being in touch with one's flaws and finding the beauty in it all due to what 'texture' it creates in the individual (as opposed to just pure flat perfection), very nice stuff!

all in all, feels like i just finished playing a short game on steam, feels really complete as it is (though i can also see it expanding if ever). one of my favorites in the jam so far, great work!
