D-Input support is removed if the game detects it's running at a certain lower framerate in the first frame of the application since the original steam release so it will have issues with Switch Controllers even if you don't use the mod.

The game was not designed to support Nintendo Switch controller layout and it won't be supported due to how the game was designed. Maybe in the future the input system will be replaced with SDL but I cannot promise.

I presume you are mentioning Sunfire Forest but the pause bug has been already fixed since the first release of the mod. Maybe record footage of it next time and send it here so I can try replicating it and hopefully find a solution to fix.

You can also report bugs in my discord server which you can find in the description of the mod page.

Thanks for playing!

Okay, so that one's off. There is one I noticed that was still in the game. I tried streaming the game through discord, but the game crashed upon unpausing the game. Seeing as you've a discord server, you've a good testing ground for work on that issue.

Oh that discord crash is common with the original game. It's due to a discord hijacking into the game executable which when you pause the game it will move the stream to the pause menu but if you close the pause menu then the stream and game would stop.

The reason is because the pause menu essentially acts like a separate application that pauses the main game. At the moment there are no fixes and I would blame that on Discord so if you want to stream the game then please stream the entire desktop.

That might explain why the pause menu doesn't cover the whole screen if the resolution is 1920x1080. I am not a fan of streaming the whole screen through discord for various reasons. I hope a solution to that is found. Anyway, best of luck with that.
