I gave it another go, and I finally beat it in 5:05.15. As for the narrow path I mentioned in my previous comment, I've actually found a way to get through them consistently, but it took me a long time to get used to.
Good work! :D Also, I dont know if you noticed but at the beginning there is a narrow path that can be used for practice before you go any further.
