The battle system so heavily favours the player already that short of just letting you decide the dice rolls there's practically no way to make it easier.

Between meals, upgrades, elixirs, temp buffs (eg. swim in the pool), AI archetypes being just told to you, powers, dice breaking and goon tactics - none of which the enemy have access to - the amount of RNG is significantly less than a game of D&D.

I even provided an option for people to straight up auto-win (and choose the method of their victory, too!) for anyone that doesn't want to engage with it.

So no, the battle system won't be changing and it certainly won't be getting easier. Plan ahead, think about your moves, and if you're struggling then prioritize winning the Clash and picking Endure in the early stages. You should breeze through with no issues.

As someone vwho struggled incredibly in literally every boss fight except Terri & Tammi, it woulda been nice to know much earlier about the option in the war room to auto win these battles (which was incredibly difficult, even with one of my dice becoming a d6 via Reinforce every battle I can afford to). So, even if you won't reduce the damage bosses can do, buff Reinforce dice rng, or remove enemy debuffs, please at least make the player aware of the auto win option in-game
