Anyone knows how to increase muscle and fat?
I noticed that my muscle seems to be decreasing even if I work out. Don't know why

You can eat 2 types of food every time you aren't full at the table, snacks and protein bars when training, energy drinks to workout more..
With low Physical running at park and swimming, you gain also doing weight training, but is more effective with higher stat..
Muscles will decrease with time, just keep doing a good routine, but don't forget to party and studing!
