Muscles will decrease with time, just keep doing a good routine, but don't forget to party and studing!

You can buy those at the market or in the lounge in the dorm, at landing near the restroom in city, protein bars are more for the vegan i guess.. but sure muscles needing food or you will lose weight if you just train without eat..
