Secret Room 4 is a little tricky I agree, but you can find it, trying different angles. And did you happen to break the seals too? And did you reach one of the game's endings?
If you are talking about the stars that appear in the secret room, I had no idea what to do with them. At first, I thought I had to put boxes on them but it didn't do anything so I gave up. I didn't pass room 5 since I thought I had to complete every secret room first.
You have to complete every secret room first, yes. And you have to solve the pentagram secrets. They look familiar... (Yeah I know I didn't properly taught the player how to solve them!)
