The concept really appealed to me. Playing the demo confirmed it. Have to echo another comment that said the way you write children is very realistic - they're not acting like literal toddlers, but they're not mini-preteens or mini-adults, either. 

I also have to say that I very much appreciate the option to change pronouns at every step of the game. In fact, the roleplaying that's already in the demo is a fair step better than some other games I've played.

I have to ask out of curiosity, is facial hair a possible customization option for adult Cove (or adult MC)?

Facial hair will be an option for the MC later in the game. It's not currently a possibility for Cove. That's because facial hair doesn't end up working out the same as adding other types of optional layers. With regular hair, for example, you can just layer it over the head of the base sprite and it’s done. But facial hair has to fit with all of Cove’s different mouth expressions. From tiny frowns to being wide open. We’d need lots of different shaped facial hairs that switched out with Cove’s changing expressions to make sure the mouth was never awkwardly fitting with the facial hair. It’d be a lot of extra work and we aren't able to manage that right now.

 I'm sorry. If the game gets enough support we could potentially make it happen, but it's not something I can guarantee.
