Awesome artwork and sprite usage. the animations work well and even the neat death animation was awesome. It was difficult to jump over certain obstacles (the bat in particular I could never get over) and there was one specific obstacle that was difficult to see due to the colours used. There was also a funny and non-obtrusive to gameplay bug in that when you died if you had initiated a jump the character would fly up off the screen. A really good submission.
