Hi, i tried it again, but still didn`t manage to complete the game. glitched through the walls again, could see the level partly from the outside. Feels like something is wrong with the collisions

I think it is intentional, I manage to finish the game like this (I think the game goal is to find those hidden path)

no, it isn't. it's bricked bitsy 3d which doesn't apply collisions to stacked boxes and only to first box at bottom (used stacking to speed up development time), yep it's bug but it was made for 3 hour jam so probably won't fix, although already thinking about a fixed PART TWO 😉
