So from the screenshots, this is kind of basically a... hrm, VN-style, pick options to progress kinda deal? And not a like, VN with some RPG elements or 'battles' of a sort, right?
Currently players mainly visit locations to find NSFW events pretty easily, but sometimes they need to either make enough money or develop their stats (Currently only developing strength is necessary) to unlock certain events. Most events don't have stat requirements at the moment.
