Hi! I am about half way of the main game, completed many main and side quests but the Quest panel in Inventory (between Items and Resources) is still completely blank. Is that normal? (Apple Silicon 2.0.11)
Yeah, if you have no active quest, or haven't recover a quest item for an active quest, that's normal. When you complete a quest, like Barto's, you lose the items that were in the quest panel in inventory.
