100% agree with you here. Almost imminently after I wrote my reply I realised what you meant. Katie is manipulatives, greedy, selfish and has almost no redeeming qualities. It doesn't make any kind of sense why she would learn from her mistakes and instead tell a suicidal patient rather than what she had said to the previous patient.
