Okay, this can be closed now. I’ll explain exactly what worked for me in case others are having the same issue.
I was using Opera GX only for my attempts for the two whole days, and no matter how many times I tried, the password reset email wouldn’t send. However, I randomly tried requesting the reset on Brave, and it worked right away. So, I guess the issue is resolved. If you're experiencing the same problem, try using a different browser.
