Thank you for giving it a try! :D There was a restart button built into the game, but there seems to be a bug where the score screen doesn’t fade away to reveal it that I wasn’t aware of before the deadline ended at the end of the jam D:
In general, i’ll probably publish a fixed version when I get chance mid-next week, but i’m really glad to hear your enjoyed it otherwise :)
Appreciate the feedback man! Main inspirations definitely were Luck Be A Landlord and a in-progress game I saw recently called 'Peglin' for sure :D Once I figure out how to go about it right now, I definitely want to (and plan to) create it into a bigger thing where possible... Been writing down almost all feedback because I really enjoyed working on this game and definitely see potential in it!
Either way, thank you so much :) if you really did wanna talk about it, add me on discord or something: AcidicDuck#4815 :)
You have no idea how stupidly happy I was reading that, thank you so much for taking the time out to play the game to begin with... super happy you enjoyed it!!! :D
I made 3 different boards that were randomly chosen whenever a game starts, but that's as far as I went with it! Had plenty of ideas and no where near enough time to implement half of them lmao
either way... thank you so much <3 :)
Just finished up a stream playing a few games from the jam, and there's only one think I'm taking away from this game here... I'm clearly very awful at it, because it took me much longer to complete it than I'd like to admit! Incredibly well done and well made, really enjoyed getting frustrated at moving the wrong way here and there and dying because of it... Well done! :)
Thank you so much for the feedback, and thanks for playing in general!! it was never actually stated, but it is possible to press R to restart the level if you wanted to go back to it with a little bit of ease...
I believe I tried to add some coyote time, but clearly the numbers were a little too small for it to even be noticeable, I'll make sure to test that further when making anything else similar, thanks! :)
I'm still glad to hear you like it!! it was certainly made to be intentionally difficult, the later levels anyway, but I don't think I expected it to be just as difficult as it was when publishing, and for that reason, it tends to be that you love it or hate it haha! Thank you so much for playing either way, I really appreciate it :)
