What a chilling and surreal game! I loved a lot of choices you made with this, both how you used Ink and your prose -- like the cycling choice of breathing in/out and how jarring it is to be given the option to braid someone's leg hair. I did notice a number of typos that took me out of the game a bit, in the future I recommend copying and pasting your Ink text into something like Grammarly just to catch as many errors as possible.

This is such a charming game with a really engaging world! I loved how the game recounted my adventure at the end and how you handled the cat-POV throughout. I did find the structure of the game confusing at times (like what branches let to what choices and how to get out of loops), which is a common problem in interactive fiction. As the writer, you see everything behind the scenes and it's easy to take that for granted. I also found myself wondering what difference I as the player was making in the narrative since it seemed like I could just take almost every path.
The benefit of smaller games like this is being able to fully flesh out multiple short narrative branches, so I would've loved to see you take full advantage of that!
This game is so ambitious, and it's awesome that you guys took advantage of working in a team to make a larger game! I enjoyed getting to run around exploring the kingdom and getting to know its people. Those moments where NPCs talk about each other (like Logan and Clara) are the highlights of the game to me. That being said, there are definitely some quality-of-life features I wish you guys had included, like a quest tracker or something to give the player more direction. The hints are helpful but don't quite tell me what I need to be doing. I also kept having NPCs block my path, or at one point surround and trap me entirely (which was very funny).
Overall, exciting work and I'd love to see you all develop this more or do similar work in the future!
I absolutely loved this game, and I hope you continue working on it!! There's a lot that worked for me here: like having the time to get to know Winter before making choices as her and the moment where it switches from short entries to the longer narrative. That first time I clicked "Continue" and more text filled the screen instead of clearing to the next one was really impactful. The twist is such a delightful "aHA!" moment that recontextualizes the entire thing <3
