Thank you! Yeah I'm planning on increasing the turn speed when I do some updates!

Thank you! Yeah I’ll need to find a way to make it clearer that you can’t jump on land if I do any updates

oh no 😭 really a great game all around though!

I really like what you've done! In my head I expected slashing at the ground to end up throwing me in the opposite direction, but after a bit of trial and error I got it down!

I really like the art style! The mechanics are unique as well, which is always great! It reminds me of a DSiWare game I used to play ages ago, I really love it!

I really like the idea of launching yourself from platform to platform, it takes some consideration for every jump! I think the camera movement might be a little much at times, but that could just be me! Overall really fun!

Really interesting game! I love the art style, and the ambient sounds really add to it as well. It's a super interesting take on the foddian genre. It might just be me because I get distracted easily, but adding a pause at the end of her responses where it waits for input would be a useful addition imo!

Really good game, and it's really cool to see what you all could do without using a game engine! I've seen a few others mention it, but I think it would be even better if there were an indicator to show the direction you were about to teleport in - sometimes I couldn't tell how far I was able to go. The music and art are really great!

Thank you! Yeah I had thought of adding a free cam, but figured a static camera would also add to the difficulty a bit.

Really fun, the movement is nice and fast which I really like! I like how you set up the bottom area as a sort of space where you can learn the mechanics without a huge amount of risk involved if you mess up

The art and music are great, and the game controls really nicely! Definitely agree with others who have mentioned Celeste. It's a lot of fun to play!

Thank you! I found it a bit difficult to find ways to show that you can't go on the land, I'll see if I can find a clearer way once judging is over!

I love the music, and the fact that you auto jump at the max strength is a good idea! The music definitely fits the style as well, which is always great!

Very cool! I think some aspects like the dots in the second room could use a bit of contrast from the background, but the characters were cute and I loved the music!

I love the music, and the unique take on making a rhythm game into a foddian game! It might be good to have an overview of the default controls, but that's very minor seeing as the rebind button is on the main menu!

Thanks! That's definitely something I can look into tweaking in the future :)

Thank you! Animation is definitely something I want to learn!

I love the art style, it's really cool!

Thank you! I definitely agree, that's something that I want to learn in the future!

🙌🙌

Very fun! I love the golf theme, and the mechanics you introduced throughout were really interesting!

Thank you! Yeah I tried to get some easier jumps near the beginning but it definitely does ramp up in difficult pretty quickly 😅

Thank you! I totally get what you mean about the controls etc - I'll see what I can do in the remaining time for the jam!

This is my entry for Ludwig Ahgren's Ludwig Jam, a game jam where everybody was tasked with making a Foddian style game. I decided to make a game where the player collects items (flies in this case) and brings them back to a home base as fast as possible. I themed it around frogs due to the terms "Twitch Frog" and "Youtube Frog", and of course because frogs are just cute. There is both a WebGL build and a downloadable build for Windows, however the WebGL build doesn't have the video playing on the TV due to some issues I ran into with the build. I took this jam as an opportunity to learn, and tried some new things such as rigging a model and editing a trailer. Everything apart from the 3D models is done by me. The game is meant to be quite difficult, in order to feel similar to games such as Jump King and Getting Over It.
