This is my honest review of Dorian pink. First of all, the art is extremely good. The focus on small detail in layout, light and particles make the atmosphere alive. I think you can still improve in the sound effect area of the game, the sound is there but it was subtle and doesn't hit for me. The background music however is impressive, it really sales the mood of the sassiness theme in the game. The Npc gave me a little bit of the undertale vibe and somehow the doughnut mini is making me hungry. There are some technical problems that I've found while playing this game. The game crashes a lot for me...I don't know why but maybe it was because of my slow potato laptop. The singing mini-game also needs a little tweak on the speed control. if I hold the space button too long, it became hard to control and I missed some of the notes as the result. It took me around 2 hours to complete the game and I got the safe route for it, Overall, very solid game, with a heavy focus on art and such a lovely game.

Hi, thank you for making window version. I like how simple yet fun this game can be, and I love the pixel art too!
But there are something that still can be improved in this game:
- the pochita-cursor is cute, but it doesn't really aim where I want to click, and it also became invisible when I go back to the menu page after dying.
- killing zombie can be improve, well this is just my opinion, you can ignore it if you want, but for me, it feels a it lacking something, and some of the improvement that I can think was to add some sort of damage popup, more blood spray/gore, or screen shake.
- variety of zombie, maybe the zombie can come in wave form if you know what I mean, and maybe after reaching certain wave, a boss zombie will spawn and after killing it, you can choose an upgrade, then even stronger enemies will come!
So in summary, I can see the effort you guys put in this game and I like it. I hope you guys the best, the only thing that I think that are lacking in this game is the sense of progression.
Hey, sorry for the very late reply and thank you so much for listening to my selfish request.
About your game, I can see that you put a lot of care into it! Like the little smiley face the cat make when it eat a donut and the font you use with the cat paw,it's cute! The art are simple yet blend very well together with the UI. The music is good too, did you make all of this by yourself? hehe
I read your profile too, and if this is your first game that you make, congratulations for finishing it and I hope you enjoy making more games!
This is just my opinion to make this game better, so don't take this to heart. For me, this game would be interesting if it was just faster, to make it more challenging, and also add some game juice to it if you can, like screen shake or some smoke particle from the player.
And you also need to add objective ( example: survive for 2 min, or collect 10 coins) for the player to advance to the next level.
Btw, Nice music you got there(◡ ω ◡)
This game...somehow made ground pound really fun.Nice.
Solid level, beautiful art and so much game juice! Love it! But it would be nice if you could add levels so that I can see how far did I progress, and..maybe revisit the old level to ground pound even more.(◡ ω ◡).
How do you add screen transition though? I only know fade in and fade out.
Why is there's so much talented people out there :") amazing art and smooth scene transitions, I played it till the end and not gonna like, I like it. I just wish the game have sounds to it, it will bring the game up alive even more, plus, I stayed till the end, hope to see more text:) it was a good game, nice job!
Simple, straight forward game, but this game have a really bad collision not gonna lie, I cannot take some of the diamond because of the spike collision, and sometimes I stuck into a wall. The player and the statue sprite is cool, but the tiles art doesn't really match for me, the level is too big and it looks empty, nice music, btw.I'm sorry if It sound harsh but it was for the better, I want you to improve:D. I can see your passion when making this game, the fact that you've finish making this game up is enough to be prove. Don't give up okay, you'll get better, trust me:D
