Yeah I decided to start; I might as well. I have some ideas. I did BTP game jam too.

the theme isn’t great either and I have no ideas...

I couldn’t start in the first few days of this jam and I’m not sure if I should start now. I already did a game jam like 2 weeks ago, so I’m hesitant to do another... should I join?

Saw the video. I should have made it clear that double jump takes away a heart. I should have made shooting take away less health too...

Yep, I agree. I wanted to make the shooting and jumping lose you less health, but I ran out of time and was trying to prioritize things like the enemies and the wave spawning mechanic. I'm glad you like the art, I been working a lot on pixel art recently!

Visauls and gameplay are cool. Boss robot sometimes has attacks that are like impossible to avoid.

Model are cute! I never released how well golf would fit with the theme: lower score is better!

Gave it a great rating. Visuals and music are awesome and it was fun, but I'm not totally sure how the theme fits

I didn't check when the deadline was until there were 3 minutes left, so I had no time to do ANYTHING with the itch.io page. I'm a dummy but I got very lucky this time. If you want to play the game here it is:

A 2D shooter where shooting hurts the player

I noticed how precise your distance from the dummy had to be to get a good hit, it felt a little bit hard to judge. The stamina also regained a little bit too fast. In a real match, I feel like you could just run away if you lose your stamina. Getting the timing correct with the hook is a little bit hard too, and its the attack that most people will try to use. 

Even in the full version, I feel like I'd get bored fast just doing 1 v 1 basic matches. Mini games, tournament brackets or online multiplayer would be cool (I know hard hard online multiplayer is to add to a game, I've tried)

More environments are needed, I'm picturing something like this for some reason (boxing ring from super smash bros)

I really like how satisfying it is to land a hard hit, and the visual style is cool too.
