Aw thank you so much for the kind words! It was fun working through the game jam for the first time and understanding everything! And thank you for the feedback on the controls! I do have a habit of getting too wordy and a graphic probably would have helped. Thank you so much for playing!

When I figured out that ramming into enemies was more effective with the purple power-up, it started making a lot more sense. Tearing up bosses was super fun and the art and music were also a great time!

The art, visuals, and music all looked super great and drew me in instantly! I loved the way you all telegraphed attacks, and the hits felt fun and swingy to use.

Unfortunately I found that I could not beat this game. Boss 2 had a knack for just sending me off the course instantly, and with no healing between fights or ability to retry, I wasn't able to see later bosses.

Thank you for the feedback! I really wish I got around to music too. Sorry there wasn't any! I'm glad you had fun with the wall bonking mechanic. I was really happy to get that working!

Great game all around! I really liked the timing spin mechanic and the rpg mechanics presented. Landing a six shot felt really good to do when you got it perfect! Oilmancer was a bit rough though on the difficulty compared to all the other bosses for some reason for me. I kept getting caught in odd loops with trying to keep the boss from healing which doomed the fight. I really enjoyed the visuals you had though, the cutscenes were nice, and the music was great (if a little loud in phase 2 of the final boss). Good job!
