Thank you so much!! Super glad to hear you made it through and enjoyed our little characters :D

I absolutely love the idea! I think I kept crashing from the same thing someone else mentioned (pressing q too many times) so it was tricky to play through, but overall I love the interpretation of the theme. I also agree some time limitations or questlines would be a fun addition to the game!

I love the textured art! Also seems like you all had a lot of fun with it, I really enjoy the voice lines. (mentioned the same bug about the goblin at the end, but I see that is a known issue!)

Overall a very charming game! Great Job! :D

The art is so charming! I love the soft color pallet and cute little frog. It was also super clear what to do when playing the game. Best of luck as you continue developing!!

Thank you!! That level is definitely the most puzzling one. I was making last minute pixel art while the level designing was going on, so I got to test it was well hehe. I ran into the exact same realization after awhile, but It was fun to feel the accomplishment!
I'm glad  to hear you enjoyed! :D

Thank you!! Good to know. Maybe having more idle animations to the beat in the background would help get a sense for timing!

This game is so good!! For some reason it didn't run well for me in google, but worked solidly on Bing 👍 I love that you have to hit on the axe head to stick, and the green highlighted preview when it's going to connect feels like a nice safety blanket in-between the larger jumps.  Super fun!! Great job!

Thank you so much!! :D

This game is absolutely precious! I love the plant inspiration with their defense mechanism. I also really enjoy this type of game, since I always play chrome's Halloween one when it comes around. The added leveling and abilities you can do builds upon this idea really nicely too!

I saw on Artysaur's twitter you'd like feedback, so here are a couple notes:

  • The boss bugs are super tricky when they come from the top, since you can't see their attack sequence
  • A tutorial explaining the water droplets would be a big help (I didn't notice them the first couple play throughs)
  • (This one is only on Google for me, I just checked Bing and it runs great there!) The responsiveness of the swipes was a bit frustrating at times as I would draw the mark, only to realize it wasn't registering

(these may all be things you all are aware of, but I wanted to take note just incase it might help)

Overall I had a lot of fun! I'm glad to hear you all will be continuing to work on Liraveth. I see a bright future for this game,  gardening all sorts of plants and highlighting their unique defense mechanisms! I'll definitely follow along  as you all develop it further! :)

Glad to hear you enjoyed!! The forest friends will forgive your crimes

Thank you!! I had a lot of fun working on all the little animal sprites :D and I agree Louis killed it on those adorable animal sounds LOL

This game is so fun! I love the name,  the cute wiggly cannon animation, and that each card shows how it will impact the field. I also enjoy that the ice bounced them back so that I can align the next ability better. With that,  it could be nice to be able to see what the upcoming card is, so that you can better strategize. This is definitely a game I'd come back and play more of!

The art feels super cute an nostalgic! I love bouncing around and doing flips. The flips especially are a fun way to get boosts in the level. I can definitely see how there are more mechanics you'd like to implement!  I  imagine some sick pogo combos in the air 😎✨

I love the cute little eyes on your sword guy! The controls were a little bit of a struggle at first, but I got it pretty quickly! I'd love to try out the bow too, but I'm struggling too hard at the top of the first level 😅Overall a fun challenge and a great style 😊👍
