This made me smile. My dog really seemed to liked the music

thanks, did it work for you then? Once I uploaded it, I was convinced it was completely broken.

Was I imagining it, or was the lasers in time with the music? Made it feel pretty fun

Got the ingredients of a cool adventure puzzle game here. The short amount of content is very understandable for 3 day's work. But you did a great job with the details; unique art style, nice animations, sounds and environmental details

I rather liked this. Looks and sounds great. Was a bit tricky to strategise. Lanes might have been good, was a bit frustrating when my monsters strolled right past the soldiers. Otherwise, great work, fun and well executed idea

great fun, and cute visual

Cool. Now I can play Koi Koi without re-downloading Yakuza Like a Dragon

Hey thanks for the feedback. I agree with your issues, I had the same concerns myself, if I wasn't working right up to the deadline I would have liked to fix the, might go back and add some bleeps and bloops after the judging is done. really glad you liked the puzzles and visuals, might be another game to add to my to-do list of jam games to polish up and make a full release

cool game, scuttling around as a spider is kinda fun. Nice work, keep developing it for sure

To be honest, I think it is because I am more of a console gamer and don't play much on PC. Things that come naturally to PC gamers often get me in a twist. But making things accessible to the widest audience is always a plus.

The visuals, the text descriptions, the cute little character you control... made me smile.

Even on my awful laptop I got the doom run and gun vibes, was fun with the flamthrower torching the vampires with banging music. This worked really well. I got to the boss but then fell in a ditch and died. still great fun

nice work, you achieved a lot with a minimalist look. I found the controls fiddly though, would have prefered to jump with up arrow or w key, found myself placing the mouse then platforming with two hands.

Love the art work, I think it was missing some clue to help you find the seaweed, I didn't find much at all.

Nice. I really enjoyed the sureal environments

Really cool and interesting, even if I suck at it

Cool little game and story.

Great work. Reminded me of Carrion.

Am I doing it right?

I couldn't resist a space rampage. Tricky little space game, but I think sensitive space controls makes it funny. With more precise space controls it would be easy to park, but also kinda boring.

Nice game. I felt like it lacked something to sell the idea of the ship travelling, like a scrolling background.

Hehe, I appreciate the Thanos reference. So flower take about 7 cycles of watering and advancing time, trees are more like 12. Honestly I'd say you are not wrong, the lack of things to do each day is a big drawback on this one. I had Startdew Valley in the back of my mind as I played this, in Stardew you form a whole routine of things to do each day. Dunno if I'd come  back to work on the game, but more stuff to do would be the top of the list

(1 edit)

Thanks. And yeah, would have been nice to have more to do each day in the game, but there was not enough time before the jam ended.

I play Overwatch, this is too real. Hehe. Cool idea

The dim vision, close confines and ghosts coming out of the walls made for a nervous feel to gameplay, which was very effective. it made me play with a lot of caution, had flashbacks to the first time going into New Londo in Dark Souls, never knowing when a ghost would ambush you through a wall.

Not sure if I missed something with the controls. I was using wasd, clicking space to fire with the same hand and aiming with mouse, felt like I needed three hands.

This game is visually very impressive. You've got a the bones here to develop it into something really nice.  Something about the music and talking to the villagers made it very relaxing for a game about fighting goblins and undead. Only real complaint was the use of J/K keys, maybe it's because I'm on a laptop but it was a little uncomfortable for my hands, but I got used to it.

Played this a few days ago and dunno why I didn't rate cus i quite liked it. I have been playing through Earthbound for the first time lately and this reminds me a lot of that game. There's a lot to like here, from the pixel art to the general level of whimsy

I know this game as Reversi, it's something I have often enjoyed playing. Glad my usual tactic of working my way into the corners worked well, won with 40 pieces. Great job implementing this game. AI like this is no trivial task.

I kinda like it, though it lacks in gameplay somewhat. I like the little pixel pokemon, they are fun.

I liked it once I got what it was I was supposed to do. needs some isntructions at minimum.

Nice game. Works well. had that feel of keeping your distance from the zombies whilst trying to also shoot them. I really liked the pixel art on the floor and the characters, would have liked to see the same detail on the walls.

Gave it a few tries but couldn't get the hang of it. I think the fast zipping about of the mosquito was a nice effect that felt accurate to the insect in real life. not bad

doesn't boot for me either

Haha, yeah, that was a good moment,  why was there shmup bosses in that game to begin with?

good stuff, though I suck at the game, I tried the boss rush and leonides glitched and just stood still not attacking, and I still died from flapping too much into the ceiling

Nice game, I remember having Super Mario Land on the Gameboy so hits that nostalgia spot for me. Nice varied levels, but I feel like it could have moved faster.

Nice game, certainly has the "just one more go" effect. nice visuals and I like the colour palette. Minor gripe that the sounds overlap and distort somewhat

Yep, agreed, I have the same nitpicks. I learnt a lot on this but still a ways for me to go.

Nice, thanks for the comments. I like the screenshot, Now I am wondering where I left a gap for you to get ouside the map.
