The game is only for PC at the moment. To unlock lockpicking skill you need to complete Ino's academy mission. You have a feature called Ninja path in-game that tells you what to do next. If you can't use it, you have a full guide on my discord with every mission at the current version.
At the moment there is 11 quest with her, (9 only her and 2 shared quest with other character), I recommend you to use the feature ninja path or join discord and check the guide channel where are all the info about the missions of every character.
Tsunade: T-Family and a helpful hand, Tsunade-shizune: Tv quest update and sakura. You can check the changelog on the post that is on my patreon and use ninja path in-game/ #guide channel on my discord if you dont know how to complete those quest.
I will make my first attemp to port an android version on 0.41 (after the upcoming version) because I will rework several things of the game. If everything goes well on 0.41 will exist the android version.
It's a bug that happen when you get Ichiraku's bug (I wasn't able to solve it yet), the hole time system get screwed up. I recommend you to use the save that I left on slot 3, in that save that part of the mission its already done. However, you can try to skip an entire week to see if the time system got reset by any chance
Its in options while you are playing, around the option to save. If you are playing on android I think you wont be able to see it, I have the same guide on discord too just in case.
Download winrar to extract the file or go to my this post and download the game from there, it will lend you to a GDrive link that has a version already extracted in case you dont want to install other software
You dont need to pay for playing newest version, it's a free game. The only difference on patreon (Jounin+ tier) is that you will be able to play it 1 week earlier

The game is only for pc right now, if you are playing from android or so you will experiment this kind of bugs, cant help you, im really sorry. If you want to play it on other devices anyways, you can try to remember what the characters tell you on every event, almost every quest can be completed this way,
Hello, you need to grab documents from the last hospital's room, then mix it on the shelf, close where Sakura sit at night. You need to do that on the morning. You can read the feature "ninja path" to know what to do each event.
I'm working to rebuild the game for solve crashes and other problems, along with a rework on the combat system. I cant do a port for android yet because I need to learn how to do it propely, and I dont have the time right now, and in the current state of the game, I don't know if it will work. Im sorry, but it is not possible right now, in a near future I will do it.
You are trying to play it from window?, if so, I literally don't know what it could be, I haven't heard of it happening to anyone else, I'm so sorry.

You can always look at the "ninja path" option to know what to do, there is all the guided content there. Regarding when it will be completed, I'm not sure when, but I'm sure it won't be soon, since I'm doing the project by myself and I don't generate so much income to abandon my job and dedicate 100% of my time to this, so the content will be added little by little with the time I can dedicate to it.
They are programs to extract files, you need to install one of those. "Winrar" or "Winzip". Once you install it, you simply extract the game files, open the folder and open "game.exe".
I just downloaded it and it let me extract it without problems, I don't know what could be your problem. It's a silly question but do you have "rar" or "winzip" installed?
