You’re not wrong lol, I do enjoy making stuff solo but having teammates would definitely be nice, I’ll have to check the discord out. Thanks for playing!
Nice entry! Personally I think some UI elements for showing things like dash cooldown, or instructions for initial controls could have helped me a lot in picking up the game faster. But besides that I enjoyed it, I liked that the enemies had variability to figure out in their attack patterns.
Cool game! Really liked the art, personally would have liked more ways to light the areas up besides what the guards/cameras showed to show it off more
thanks! Appreciate the feedback, I’ll keep the resolution in mind in the future that makes a lot of sense. The sword was also something I kept bouncing back and forth on, I actually increased the hitbox right before submitting thankfully but sounds like I should have done it more
Thank you! Yeah the main concern was definitely in end game where you need to use dash to not die, but I like that suggestion. Someone else mentioned double-tap might work too, so I think maybe a combination of that and what you suggested could be better.
Thank you! And yeah I was definitely struggling with the animations and controls for the dash, I didn’t think about double-tap though that sounds a lot more intuitive.
