Lmao, totally worth it in my opinion

Absolutely love the art style. The puzzles are clever too, great game!

As a lot of people have already said, I think the game could benefit greatly from having a goal for the player to work towards, as well as some incentive for players to not just make money printers using the car factory and a collector. That being said, this game was definitely more ambitious than a lot of games I've seen so far so well done. I also haven't seen anyone interpret the theme as scaling up a factory/business. Overall I think you should be proud of what you made, especially for a first jam.

Love how well this all fits together: the art style, music, gameplay, and puppet theme all come together to make a very coherent and fun game. The art was very cute in particular. I will say that it felt a bit obvious what to scale depending on the dice roll, scale goes to the player and scale down goes to the enemy. Adding situations where the opposite is optimal could make for a very interesting game. Well done!

Very cool concept, I don't think I've seen anyone interpret prompt using resolution yet. The music is great at all resolutions and was really nice touch.  I will say that the jump felt a bit useless and the game was a tad too hard but that might have just been a skill issue. Nice job!

My first thought when I started playing was "Isn't this a bit easy, even for a game jam game?". And then the wind came in and I was like "Oh ok here comes the obstacles". And then the clouds came and I was "Dang I can't see anything". And the planes arrived and i just laughed at how funny it was that they were messing me up so bad.

Very cute game, great art, and great execution/polish.

Awesome game, definitely one of the most fun I've played thus far. It held my attention much longer than most submissions for sure. It was very satisfying to pack the board as tightly as possible. Amazing art and great music. Here's a few ideas that I think would immediately push this game even further:

1. Sounds effects would go a long way in making this a more immersive experience. Especially on attacking/getting attacked.

2. I think adding some incentive for the player to be quick about making their move would help a lot with holding the player's attention.

3. Some kind of bonus/critical hit for a fully packed board would be awesome, it already felt nice whenever it happened so adding a bonus would really make the player proud of themselves.

4. New enemies that affect the board in weird ways

Again, its an awesome concept, you should really develop it further.

Love the pixel art filter. Music and sound effects are great. Overall I had a great time playing it! I will say though, it wasn't completely obvious at first how to expand the map. I think it would really help if the border highlighted green when you hovered over it. One way I think you could make the premise a little more interesting is by allowing the player to choose different environments whenever they expand the map, kind of like a lava tile or an ice tile that changes the environment in some way. I give it a 4, 4, 4. Also, awesome name for the game.

I thought the water was really clever and the puzzles were very well designed. Nice job!

Another developer here! This game was a lot of firsts for me, first time making a game, first time using Godot, first time animating in Blender, etc. Doing a game jam has been on my bucket list for a while so I'm proud of what we did. I hope you enjoy despite the the bugs.

Controls are very smooth and I love the art/music.

Love the art style, the sparks that fly when you switch directions are a nice touch.

The music is pretty good and I like the feel of the controls. I think the portal idea could have been developed a bit further but overall I liked i
