Linux user here (Manjaro), and the executable works with no issues! Very difficult but very fun as well. The existence of controller vibration was a nice surprise (I had a PS4 controller connected, and I was surprised that it suddenly vibrated upon being hit). Very good job! :D

Love the puzzles, and also love the minimalist graphics! A chill background music would have been really good here. Good job! :D

Very cute game, but can also be really difficult! Good job! :D

Nicely done! The inability to go down can get a bit frustrating since it can boil down to trial and error, but I also recognize that it's for the theme. Very nice graphics and background music. Good job! :D

Very cool gameplay concept! Reminds me of a set of levels in Celeste. Also love the visuals. Having a background music would have been really good here. Good job!

Good job! Also, looking through the comments made me realize why there were star-like objects falling from the character :D

Love the visuals! As someone already mentioned, the controls feel a bit clunky (if I'm going right and I want to go back to the left, I have to go up a bit and then go left for it to register), but good job otherwise! :D

Thank you! :D

Thank you! :D

Yeah I agree. I could have added more to the game. Thank you for the feedback! :D

That's a good point. Thank you for the feedback! :D

Thank you! And yes, the ice puzzles in the Pokemon games are one of the main inspirations for the game! :D

Thank you! :D

Thank you! :D

Thank you! Wasn't expecting someone to see this after 3 years.

I also appreciate the invite to the jam. However, things are hectic for me recently so I don't think I'll be able to join. Thank you very much for the offer though!

Thank you very much for the feedback and suggestions! I'll definitely incorporate them when I work on the game further. :)

Thank you very much for the feedback! Yes, I definitely need to work on making it easier for the player to know what's going on. Introducing powerups is interesting, so thank you for that suggestion. :)

Thank you very much for the feedback! I like the CRT filter suggestion, and I'll definitely keep that in mind as I work on this further! :)

Thank you very much for the feedback! :)

Thank you very much for the feedback! :)

Thanks! :)

Thank you so much for the input! Yes, breaking the game into levels is definitely a great idea. And I think it would also make introducing new mechanics feel more natural. Will definitely consider this in the next iteration! :)

Thank you! Actually, there's no win state, such that it's supposed to get more difficult the longer you play, and the goal is just to "survive" as long as you can. However, I wasn't able to implement the part where the difficulty automatically increases over time due to lack of time. Currently, I just manually set certain points in time where the difficulty increases.

Thank you! :)

Thank you! Actually, I had more features in mind during the game jam, but did not have time to implement them. Hopefully I can make a new iteration of the game in the near future. :)

Thank you! :)
