I thought the topic was to help food problem in Doom Mode without using much point in SURV stat, so the safest way I can think of that isn't rely much on boring long-grind is: Return to the Inn/ Town. To do that you need to Manage Stamina + Surveying Map (Stealth Stun also helps). Also remember to take multiple quest while traveling

As for fights in Doom Mode? Don't bother as hit and getting hit cost more stamina, just run or bomb them and take their food if they ever drop.

When playing Doom Mode, I find it more enjoyable as a challenging "Exploration Mode" after at least knowing:

1. Avoiding combat/ stunning enemy. Scout first and fight only when required.

2. The surroundings of your safe place like camp or town (easy, just go out with a soup bowl and a blue soda potion then return by night, also counts the ration you need for 2 days - 1 night)

Then make preparations by doing these:

- Recruit NPCs, stock up dry food, 2 bowls of good ol soup for the 1st day traveling, 1 blue potion for emergency. And remember to go back to your safe place when your food is almost run out (enough for 2 days - 1night).

- Use least stamina as possible, and have NPCs check ahead if they are in the party. Stop by forest/ field when you have the chance then pick up fruit. End your first day with a good soup.

- If the quest was harder than you thought and you need to replenish stamina,  drink the emergency blue potion instead of resting. You should have 2-days ration to keep you going enough to reach somewhere for food

The main point of surviving Doom Mode with least Surv point is either to get 30+ dry food (which is tedious imo), or use the least amount of stamina as possible (escape/stealth/stun) then return if food ration can only help you get by till the next day. That +1 blue potion to keep you safe in unexpected events.

Or it could buff the owner's power, but in exchanges everyone become hostile

That helps a lot, thanks. I remembered the first time I check this it just show me details info about each mercenaries I've just talked to. Didn't know the board was where to re-check the quest, just thought that was where you collect info party members (like some sort of guild board).

I know the "!" quest marker, but as I said earlier, it shows "where" or "who" I need to do the quest. Not exactly "how" to do it, so it is troublesome if I have to save in the middle of doing said quest then forget the 'special' requirements on later date.

I was afraid to be a bother since I know how busy the dev is. But luckily what I asked for has already implemented so I can progress, it was just my lazy-ass self for forgetting what notes are for (stayed away from Notes for a long time, didn't even finish reading all the recipes ever since know how to cook food and potions).

I think it would be useful if there's a log or something to remind players of their current tasks.

There are times where I have to save the game during performing a task. Then after some days, when I came back I forget what am I supposed to do, where am I located in a dark cave. Thanks to the wiki I know what medicines to get or know to steal instead of talking to a sergeant.

And sometimes I did everything but the map still have "!" mark (did a story-quest and repeatable-quest together so either one of them finished or none, I did not know).  So I would like for a way to reconfirm my quests.

Reported.

Although there will always be people who disregard others' hard efforts, but there are still many supportive and understanding people in this world.

Thank you for making LonaRPG - for it gives me good times. I hope this will contribute somewhat.
