Hello all! I hope you are well. 

Over the past few months, I have barely done any game development. Well... until the past week or so that is.

Recently, I had a lot of new ideas for games, but I didn't necessarily want to make an entirely new game. My ideas were original and unique, but they weren't sufficient enough to create an entire new game about them. This led me to thinking: "Hey! Why don't I just add these ideas to a game that I've previously worked on." 

So that's what I did! I decided that I am going to polish my old game (Out of Darkness) and add all the new ideas that had. 

Here are some things to expect in the next update:

• A start menu 
• Cutscenes + a storyline 
• Boss fights (maybe)
• More combat

In future updates, I will also try to add: 

• Multiplayer
• Different game modes
• Different items to unlock
• And much more!

I also created new game art, which looks pretty good in my opinion: 

Last but not least, my game is now in the Twitch database. This means if there are any streamers out there who want to play my game, you can do that now as it's own category!

Great to hear your making it a steam release! Once it is out on steam, I will tell my viewers to wish list it. 

I'm thinking of playing it every other stream! I will probably play it under the "retro" category, if that is okay. 

Also, is the music copyrighted? I really like the music, but I was afraid to play it in case it was copyrighted.

Hey! I just played your game on my stream, and I'd like to play your game some more in the future! The only way to describe your game is "AMAZING". I can tell that there was loads of time and effort put into the game. Have you considered making it a steam release? I definitely think people would be willing to pay for a game like this. X-scape files is a 2D platformer game I've been working on. Right now, I have released a prototype version of the game, but I'm hoping to release a further version of the game shortly. At the moment, I am working on adjusting lights, enemies, and even a boss fight!
