haven't played and reviewed that much games in this jam, but i wanna review yours.

Firstly, how tf is this made in 10 days??? The visuals, effects, environment is just awesome and voice over is just a cherry on the top, the gameplay was cool and so were the sound effects, oh my god i love the environment and sound effects.

Personally, i think the control might have been better for controlling the fish (idk, there arent any comments for controls, maybe i am just baaddd)

Overall, the game was just very awesome experience, this one has a full project potential, you might wanna add this to your list to make it a full fledged game in upcoming future :D

thank youu!

thanks a lot! Tried something a bit different in the given theme :D

thanks a lot, we really appreciate the review! Their were a lot of potholes while making of this project and me and my team members were juggling our college time along with this project, so we might have cut a few slacks off and scratched of a few effects to be added in game, it is appreicated thought of you praising our project, thanks a lot :D

i practically fell asleep during the last hours of jam had to upload unpolished project, draft it and then worked on it. Had a few potholes and roadblocks in this jam.  Would love it if you guys try it :D https://carbonatedlemonjuice.itch.io/time-on-run

hey! tried out your game, i have read that you mentioned of the frame dropping in the game page before. Sadly i think the issue still retains.

When the first wave of enemies spawn, the frames just drops and after sometimes the game stops responding.

I don't think its a hardware issue from my end, considering I have a quite decent computer, (Specification btw - i5 1tth gen, 16 gb ram, rtx 2050 and 1tb ssd + 256gb ssd. Might wanna look into it.

Kind of excited to test out your game :D

hey! we appreciate reviewing our game! It just made us so happy :D
actually, in terms of music, i (a progammer/writer/designer) tried my hands on music, yes, the music sounded repetitive at times but i would improve in the given field in the upcoming future,

thanks for playing our game!! :D

Firstly, i am in love with visual and color pallete, gosh the color pallete is a beauty.

Haven't played clicker game before, i kind of got the hang of what was going on, but the only thing that this game was lacking was a tutorial, a small tutorial might have helped the game to outshine a bit,

but overall, the game looked awesome in terms of visuals and gameplay :D

hey! read your problem in the game page, maybe i can help a bit, dont have that much experience in terms of 3d game but have tons of in unity, love to help a fellow developer, lemme know if you want some help :D

added audio mixer to our game FAULTY ROBO, do check it out to test out your level designer skills :D

hey! thanks for the review, we will look into the areas we can improve and do changes.

adding music mixer in settings menu so players can control sounds as they please, thanks for playing our game :D

the game fixed, you can check it out in and try to beat it :D

fixed a stupid bug that wouldn' t let players finish the game, check out our game lurking in the dark. Its a 2D precision platformer that is  a real skill test for gamers :)) here

rightt, now i know for sure thats the same bug i overshadowed :')

Thank you so much for reviewing our game!
We were on a bit of time constraint because my laptop ( i was handling level design, programming and all) crashed for a whole day and was not able to reboot it till the end of day (9th day) so we had to cut a few slacks.

I think the double jump occured in caveran level when you get cornered in wall. No, its not a bug, I occured to that bug while testing it, but i didn't have time to fix it. Pulled an all nighter to complete the game (though there is still boss level left).
We would try our best to fix the game, thank you so much :D

actually i did the same as you have stated but its still showing an error, when i built a windows build it worked fine, any thoughts?

Any thoughts on this error "Failed to download file Build/game.data.br. Loading web pages via a file:// URL without a web server is not supported by this browser. Please use a local development web server to host Unity content, or use the Unity Build and Run option", first time uploading webgl but got error. I know jam is over and can't edit files but thoughts on how to counter it for no future conflicts?

ahh alright, no problem, all the best :D

bit too(much) late to ask, but you still up for teaming up? Already started on project, wanna team up?

sadly not possible :'), already participating and doing developing for another jam.

thanks for reply, cant think i can pull it off in 13 hours, notched down the development speed upon seeing the non nit rourkela rule, though looking forward to more jams your end :D

can a non NIT rourkela submit in this game jam? No issue if not being judged

Hi,

Firstly, i have read the  itch.io doc for getting indexed, and since, and since the post can help people, i have decided to start a topic. I have read and did all the things needed to get indexed.

I know project from new developer takes time to be reviewed but starting this query to check if their is any issue.

Been wanting to work on another project of mine but my first game Colors of Hope, is still not indexed even after 5 days, and a two email to support itch io, want to focus on another project completely when done setting this thing, any though, any issues their?

ok, i can see where the inspiration came from, also similar to mobile game heroes reborn enigma i used to play back than.

The level is actually good, got a good hand on level design. And the controls feel responsive too.

Also, just from one dev to another, take care of the bugs before releasing, when the box is in hand and it collides with box, it jiggles and buffer like idk what. Maybe turn off the collision with the walls when in hand or as a better approach, just minimize the collision that can happen at a time along with constraints, (idk about godot collision system but might be similar to unity).

Releasing your first game, official or not, leaves and impression on gamers and community so keep the idea simple and get the annoying bugs away also, the timer isnt working as intended, game doesnt get over.

Overall the game have a lot of potential, and would love to see it in full swing, have a good day mate and good luck :))

PS: i know its in development but just pointed on what things you can work on :)

ok mate, no prob :))

hey, its not working, having the same issue as that guy,. saying check the publisher. i have windows 11 with 2.5 ghz cpu and 8gb ram
