Reinstalling the nvidia update, to rule out bad install on that

Had found similar possible solution elsewhere and tried this but retried just now and when I rightclick, nothing happens. Again nothing changed, fully reinstalled the app itself since I was told that could solve it. But didn't, it's something in the pc. All graphic settings to recommended, nothing special there. Recently did an update to nvidia drivers, maybe that or otherwise something that updated in relation to xbox app and microsoft store perhaps?
I started up my PC, itch.io opened without issue. I went do the shops, came back and the screen had resized itself to the top of the monitor and nothing I do affects it. I've restarted the app, restarted the PC, all the basics but all I'm left with it is a small black box (see screenshot). I've tried resizing just about everything and am kinda at a loss at what caused this and how to easily undo it... anyone has ideas?
I have a few games installed through Itch.io for awhile now.
I launch a specific game, get a popup to chose version. There are 25 versions installed. They're all the same name (name of game), no other data included (version number, install date). They're not organised (last version installed can be anywhere in the list) and it's incredibly annoying to have to check which is the latest version of the game in the game description, then having to launch the game between 1 and 25 times just to potentially find which is the latest.
For small games, it's easier since even the smallest changes will be visible in the only meta-data displayed on the popup (size of version) but if you have larger games, the size difference between versions is not always displayed. In my earlier example, I have 10/25 versions with identical size 250KiB with the others being smaller. So unless the new version isn't extra content but cleaning up of the game code for efficiency, the larger file will most likely be the correct one.
To the DEVs who work for Itch.io : Please, this shouldn't be a difficult change to implement but either make the list of installed versions ordered on release date or installation date or have it display the version number.
Hi,
1) Love the game (considering becoming Patreon)
2) Some of the text doesn't seem to be translated into English (a few screens here and there)
3) In quite a few parts of the story, you make quite a few errors in grammar/spelling. Considering I'm already in love with your work, I'd be willing to proofread it and help improve this (for free of course). Please consider it, I've noticed it the most in s1 (since I'm currently going through that but it's also present in s2) and correcting these problems would seriously improve the experience I think.
