Well I meant future/present? scarlett makes no mention of anyone AFTER MC I will do a speed run tonight though - and see if Scarlett is optional - i cant shake the feeling that she ISNT...

Is Scarlett optional? hmmm... will have to test that.... also, author may have plans for separate line to explain their father in the event that mc doesn't cum in Scarlett or others....  but i thought Scarlett seemed like a non-optional in my last playthrough- but maybe that's because i like her so much... 

Anyways.... Scarlett seems very likely because it would appear that Scarlett never moved on from the MC ... no references to other guys or attempts at dating (to my memory) ... and shes still hung up on him if she kept the pictures of him all these years -- I just don't buy that she had a one-night stand with some stranger  so soon after her romance with Mc - specially when you factor in the ages of the twins with the current timeline (timelines are what... 20 years apart - and the twins are like 19? Adding in gestation time... and the timeline just seems too close to believe she went out with another guy so soon when she knew MC could be gone for long periods of time with no clue when he would be back...)

It looks like Updates were ever 2 or 3 months - but the last was around October 30th   -  does anyone know if that means a new update is coming anytime soon?

I know the issue.  The issue is that the patch listed on Itchio does not have an updated Character identifier for the Great-Grandmother. 

Opening the file with notepad and adding the following line to it will solve the problem.

define gna = (_("great grandmother"))

or download from Grandmas House - Part 4+

Call me a homewrecking manwhore, but are we going to see more of bianca? I think it would be an interesting (even if optional) storyline to explore....

Working on a Multi-Path story myself - although seeing as im on a laptop its all text only right now - cant afford 70 dollars for HS2 and my laptop wouldnt run it in the first place.... So I use twine.

Point being, keep track of all the paths and lines and coding and variables can be a bit taxing - especially in a harem game.

Anyways, I plan on doing a fresh playthrough over all the paths over the next week - I'll track all of the glitches in a text document.

Is there a specific place for me to send it when i get done?

(And obviously - I don't expect to see everything fixed as soon as you get a list. I appreciate what you are doing and understand the strain it can put on a person. It would only be a roadmap for you to use if you wanted to . No expectations or pressure - because hell, you're doing great! Better then I would, to be honest...

That said, i love your work so far.  It may not be entirely flowing due to the occasional story -glitch (seems to be a result of someone going back to add more branching  after having already written sections of it) ---  But thats to be expected in any WIP.

Well for every meaningful choice, he has to create another storyline and variables and outcomes. 

How many choices have you made in the last few weeks of your real life? If someone had to write a different variations for each line you may have taken, as well as as for new choices you might have to make in those other variations, then i would have to say that an exponential length of time for each chapter does make a kind of sense.

If the quality of the story is going downhill in your eyes, maybe it is because of a**es like you who keep trying to rush him through each update.

Less time to work on it means lower quality work.

I can appreciate them, but MY soft spot tends to be black hair and tattoos.  Sophie meets the tattoo portion....  but i cant seem to remember there being a black-haired girl in YA...

Maybe because there is no way off her path?  People dont like getting locked into something that isnt optional.

So far, so good!   In fact, i've been inspired to try creating my own. 

Although mine is entirely text-based, as I simply cannot afford the price or hard drive space for HS2, and I can't understand how one is supposed to use Dax.

Also i can't draw, so not sure where to get character head shots for my characters bio images...

Point in all this being to say I appreciate the time and effort you are taking to create this and all the choices and sacrifices you must be making to do so.

For me, this game is up there with 'Acting Lessons'.   And 'Being A Dick'   

For me it is ALOT less about the sex then it is the story.  Forget screwing every girl and going home smiling to yourself about your harem. THAT DOESNT HAPPEN.

I want actions and consequences. Forget a harem, if you get with a girl and then fuck someone else, there needs to be consequences.  Guilt , anger, jealousy. Heck even panic when the side chick says "we need to talk" 

I want the game to make me feel something. Even if it is nothing more than guilt over choosing one girl over another.

This game makes me feel. Maybe not as DEEP as i would like yet... but i still feel.

Give me elation - give me guilt - give me panic - give me consequences! 

I feel this game is only going to get better from here on. 


Please don't disappoint, Katana!

Also - the bug is in the way the coding is handled IMO - virtually no way to fix it outside of a (almost) minor rewrite of the way its handled.

i TRULY hope they are still working on this. its an amazing story. inspired me to start my own (which i planned to release LAST october, but then rl shit (that lasted a whole f-ing year .... tried to release this october, but Episode one needs to be coded together... so unlikely to happen unless i stop replaying superstition every single day.....)

ANYWAYS.. point being...
