Hi, I have tried to request payout to collect my game earnings but now it has been 22 days and the payouts still "in preview". I have sent email to itch support but there is no answer. I never had something like this before, usually it only takes 13 days for payout to complete, just as stated in the guide that payout only takes 7-14 days. Is there something wrong with my account?

I have waited it for 24 hours and still not being indexed so I sent an email to itch.io support, they received it and reply with "Your request (xxxxxxx) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." I have waited 12 hours after that but I don't receive any more emails from them and my game is not being indexed yet. I'm planning to put a high price in the early release period of time then reduce the price continuously by days so I appreciate if this issue can be fixed fast thank you

Summary of the game:
