Sadly both of these a known to me. Couldn't track the problem with city phrases down yet, and and "undefined" button is a problem with RPGmaker. I will probably leave them be since, if I continue developing the idea, I'll rewrite in on Godot from scratch. Treat the current version as a very rough prototype with just the basic mechanics

Speakinh of the rumble, it is supposed to be a SFX for a character that has valuable device with vibrator, but I am not sure if this mechanic works as intented, probably it's not that intuitive after all

This is basically a proof of concept which I probably will develop more. Haven't planned it for the jam, but the game has a room for an upgrade system, more locations and even some sort of a story that would set an end goal. More things to buy and sell, random events, ways to spend your gold. As well as more characters and a system to prevent the same character to show twice in a row, I just had no time to make it properly yet
By the vault one panel you mean a card reader near it? The bug with half of a green card I couldn't replicate as well, could you give more information?
To get into the vault elevator you have to turn power in 02-A off and get a blue keycard from the encasement zone. It needs to visit a control room and then use a starting keycard on the card reader
