If my support ticket is approved and processed (and the redirect is removed), would I be able to immediately use that previous username for my new account without needing to submit another email request?

I've submitted a support ticket (ID: 236912) via email regarding the release of my previous username.

The main purpose was to change this account to my personal account by changing its name, and then create a new account with the original username - which is why I requested the username lock to be removed.

Currently, the itch.io developer page link associated with my previous username redirects to this account's developer page. I'm planning to use that previous username for the new account once my request is approved and resolved.

In this case, I'm wondering if the existing redirect to my current account will be automatically removed, since the old username's link should then point to the new account's developer page.

Here's mine: https://itch.io/jam/scream-jam-2024/rate/3058462

If the game closes on its own - just restart it and you can keep going.

THE FIRST END IS NOT REAL LAST END.  If you've reached the part where the game first shuts down, just restart the game and you'll be able to move on to the next part

Thanks for playing my game!

Thanks for playing my game! and your good feedbacks! I wanted to add some variations to the mini-games from the third part onwards, but ran out of time...

I've noticed that many players aren't getting to experience the whole game because the directing from the first scene wasn't clear enough in my game jam submission.

A lot of people seem to think the game is actually over when they hit the first "crash" scene. My intention was for players to restart the game at this point and continue to the next scene, but I definitely didn't make this clear enough in the game itself. Adding some kind of prompt or guidance here would probably help more players discover the content beyond this point.

While I don't want to modify the game before the jam ends (since that would kind of go against the spirit of the jam), I still wanted to make this post to help everyone experience everything the game has to offer.

I hope this post helps those who haven't seen everything of my game yet.

Thanks for the feedback! If the game jam wraps up, I'll try to improve this by adding a 'Please restart game' message or something similar.

Final stage of my game is definitely the 'Night time level'. I feel like my direction skills weren't the best since I'm giving you this crucial game info here instead of in-game. If you've only played once (up to what looks like the game is crashing), try playing a few more times and you'll be able to reach the actual ending!

Thanks for playing my game!

Thanks for playing my game! However, This game can't be fully experienced in just one playthrough. You'll discover new things when you play it again.
