I wonder what's causing that bug. I set the comments on, but it's not letting you see the comments. I gave you a link that will give you edit access for the page, so we'll just continue our conversation by editing the text if your admin status doesn't let you see the comment section.

Oops! I'll go try to activate it! Itch.io shows me that there's a comment section, though.

Also, I applied your suggestion to use the stretch option.

#1: That's strange. It covers the whole screen for me.

#2: That's actually not a bug; these builds intentionally don't incorporate the suggestions for the full update because my brother wants to make sure that the already existing stuff is good enough for him to move on to the suggestions.

Also, I thought you would be reporting the bugs in the comments section of the private page where I give you the build. Next time, do so there.

Yes it is. Also, in the comment section of the page where I give you these builds, please report bugs and otherwise imperfections in the game that my brother could fix. You can do it tomorrow at the latest, but preferably, you'd do it later today.

On another unrelated note, I sent you a prerelease build of V1.0.3 of the unofficial BFNS updates. Please check it out.

That's a major change, while V1.0.3 is for minor ones. Also, my brother probably won't add Vincent in, but if he does, he'll do it in V1.1 or another major update.

I recommend that you stop interacting with him. He's ruining your day and creating drama, and seems to be doing that on purpose.

On an unrelated note, I think you should remove the comments relating to the feud between TD7802 and Haneem. They're clogging up the comment section with the aforementioned drama, which is first of all, unrelated to the actual mod, and secondly, creating unnecessary drama to what's supposed to be a fun place.

The hell was happening with TD7802 and Haneem in the comments? Both of you, bring this stuff to somewhere else. This is a comment section for a mod of Baldi's Basics, not a drama house.

I'm just wondering how that managed to go lost.

Maybe we should make a Lost Media Wiki page on V1.3!/j

You should release that video! Also, I think you should add a "Misc." section in the document, for things that don't really fit into any other category, such as a Steamboat Willie reference (if you don't already have one).

EDIT: I saw a Pencil Sharpener idea, and I think that you should add an alternative use for the item, if Jimmy's Lost Pencil is in the game. You can choose to sharpen the pencil so that when you stab a character, the stun effect lasts longer, although you would be guilty for longer.

My brother will incorporate your suggestion into the update!

PS: I hope you can share your texture-making knowledge, because your updated free-run sign texture was really good!

He will certainly make the following changes without being suggested to do so. Please note that the following list is not exhaustive:

  • Rename Principal Ban-er to "Principal Banner"
  • Make the Rare Teleporter work more like it does in the official Baldi's Basics games
  • Make the player be able to get a dollar from a dollar machine by using 4 quarters
  • Make items spawning in front of vending machines when bought with a Handy Dollar closer to the machines themselves
  • Make a section of the credits dedicated to the roles specific to the unofficial updates
  • Remove code relating to the scrapped Endless Mode "time" score system from the original game
  • Make the transitions from start to loop sounds (for example, Arts & Crafters woooooshing and when 3 exits have been reached) more natural
  • Fix the bug in which if the player pauses while the pre-loop 3 exit reached sound has finished playing, the loop sound will start playing right away.
  • Fix the bug in which Baldi will appear in the Schoolhouse in Free Run if Arts & Crafters catches the player in finale mode
  • Of course, more refactoring

I want the update to make all the minor changes so work can start on the major ones. Wait till my older brother plans to release V1.1 before suggesting major changes.

There are no amount of minimum suggestions that must make it into the final version before it releases (unlike planned eariler), but you could help make V1.0.3 better with your suggestions!

Here's the list of suggestions that will be incorporated:

EDIT: Since this topic is now locked because of the release of V1.0.2, I want you to share your texture-making knowledge elsewhere.

V1.0.2 is for minor adjustments and improvements, not major stuff. Also, my brother isn't even sure if he wants to add more L̴̛̛̛̺̘̯̳̱͋́̿̀̈̓̀̿͐͊̐̃̾̇̌͒̔̅͒͌̕͘͝ͅO̶͖̗̅͒̀̋͑̽͐̈͐͆͝Ŗ̶̨̛̛͉͉̬͖͉͈̲̙̬̹̻͔̖̩̫̠̪̥̞͙̓́̈́̑͊̔͊̂̄̈́̅̕͜͠ͅͅĘ̷͕̝̮͓̟̘̫̲̮͈̺̞̞̳͉̼̺̘̲̼̍͆͐̑̈́̎ to the mod, and it already has a fair amount too.

That seems good too! I hope you can give my brother the highlighted sprite as well, as well an updated free run sign pole texture, which reads something like this:
"Hello!
Welcome to Free Run Mode!

You can freely explore the school without Baldi chasing you, and the exits have new music as well!"

EDIT: About the settings button, he decided that it'll be added in V1.1, which will add a settings menu.

Here are some changes my older brother is planning to do right now:

1. Make It's a Bully's map icon disappear when inactive

2. Fix stretched out and smushed ceiling textures

3. Change the color of a duplicate red notebook to yellow

4. Have a translucent black background and pause audio in the pause screen.

5. Pause non-YCTP audio when solving YCTP problems.

6. Fix the invisible credits entries.

7. Change the text shown on the free run sign pole

8. Simply make the player unable to move during the elevator sequence instead of a player holder

9. Rework how the player speed multiplier works to fix bugs like eating a Chewsi Speedy Bar, then getting touched by 0th Prize before the bar effect ends, without cancelling it, which leads to the player prematurely being able to move.

10. Nerf the portable tape player (currently a knockoff of Alarm Clock that activates much earlier).

So what you're trying to say is that you prefer V1.0.2 and V1.1 because V1.0.1 has the item slot texture bug, which V1.0.1a fixed, right? Why do you prefer V1.0.2 and V1.1 over V1.0.1a? If you're not trying to say that, I'm sorry, but what your wording was a bit confusing, such as when you said "so but."
