Thaanks glad you liked iit :D

Yeahhh, it was a very cool idea at first, but it led to some weird situations when freezing and unfreezing fast. It was fragile using the tone without converting it from iconic to trauma HAHAHHA

Very original way of sticking to the Nokia theme, it's the first game I played this jam like this and it really hit the feels.

Yeess!!! We wanted so bad to implement the tone as the main music but was too annoying if looped constantly so we decided to keep it only in the title screen as it wouldn't be seen so much time. Thank you for the nice comments 😁

Really nice implementation of the original game. With the detail of cutting the tail of the other we had some fun moments.

Fun little game :D liked the freezing animation

I am proud to announce I was able to save the two towers that were identical to eachother with the power of "spin to win", I am also not proud to announce what I did after the countdown was over. Really nice game and simple controls linked to the movement of the wrecking ball let to some nice skill mastering. Good Job :D

Cool casual game, would've liked for the enemies that spawned for the bottom and top of the screen to have had a little less speed as sometimes it was inevitable to receive great damage but other than that very nice work.

I was scared when I read "pingu goes down", but was relieved when seeing he was literally going down, other than that, cool game, I liked the main mechanic and also would love to see some sort of point system or ending.

Fun little game, really liked the small rythmic inputs that occasionally happened while getting hand of it.

I loved seeing this concept of "leaving yourself frozen behind" applied to this jam!! When discussing ideas we were going to use this concept in a kind of racing game but decided to move on after some thought. I really liked the idea and this game implements it very well. Really loved the art and the design of the levels, very suited for a jam.

If I had to give a bit of feedback it would only be two small usability additions. When dying, the other "corpses" shoudln't despawn in my opinion, as it makes players need to redo all "freeze character" cycles again if they miss a jump after "completing" the puzzle. On the other hand, having some UI information to know which direction are your non-screen frozen blocks would be nice to avoid blind-jumps and maybe give information about how much time does a frozen block has left.

As said it is a fantastic game and I enjoyed it entirely. Great job!!

Ohh nice thank you very much!! Actually, while working on this we've ended up really liking the idea and we are planning on keep the development going in order to release a complete small game.

In case you would be interested in following the development we'll probably be uploading news on either one of our linkedins:

Thanks for the review and yes! readibility was a great challenge during this game's development so I am very happy that you pointed it out hahahha
On the other hand what you experienced was indeed a bug, in case you give the game another try be careful with freezing the virus on the edges of platforms jejeje
Thanks for the feedback 😁

Nice presentation and main mechanic, I really slipped through the level so the title is pretty accurate.

Really different game compared with the others I have played so far, nice narrative and making the decisions resolve to an outcome is really satisfying. Amazing work!

Cool idea and well executed, the controls are intuitive and the art is cool, also the bonfire detail is really cool. If I had to add something to the game it would be having more and distinct events after passing the day, and some more interaction, but it's really nice for the timeframe and a solo developer, well done!

Lil camera guy was very cute, too bad I couldnt get past the first screen :(

Really good job on the main mechanic of the game, it is really cool and it has potential. If I were to give you feedback I would tackle mainly the level design and trying to exploit this mechanic as much as possible. I found the sliding mechanic very fun and you could play with that by keeping the momentum of the character for example. I can imagine a level where you have to time jumps to throw ice blocks in front of you to keep forming a path of ice :D

It has past long since I cried this hard, thanks was needed. Cool game :D

Really entertaining game. Have beaten all 15 levels and apart from the simplicity what I really liked was the progression achieved throughout the game, making it engaging to keep beating levels.

Thank youu for playing it and leaving a comment 😁

Heyy, thank you 😁!! Mainly the optional topic but we also liked the idea of how computers can "freeze". Thats how we came up with the main mechanic of freezing different sections of a screen.
