hard agree thanks. we're doing the tweaking now and polish, as well as expanding the scope a tiny bit.

thanks man - i definitely agree with the interactivity part! we're working on that for the next build :)

ngl, you got us haha, but we've already addressed that for the next build!

amxe - great stuff! i wasn't totally thinking of shorter rounds, but now that you say it it makes sense. we already started working on the next build - hope to  see you again

thanks for the feedback (: we'll be doing a huge ball balance revamp in upcoming build

Woohoo <3 actually you were close to record-breaking (but only I'd would know that atm). Those are neat ideas - I'm looking into putting important stats next to each ball right now, and will be focusing on differentiating balls as we polish the game later onwards. Hope to see you along the ride!

thanks so much! that's a big honor

haha i think you uncovered one of the broken wombo combos! Sorry there wasn't a way to sell/delete, but that's what we're adding next! I'm so happy you felt the auto battler brick breaker vibes

thanks for your feedback! we're addressing the clarity / feedback of UI in the next builds!

yay! thank you! we'll adjust the default music in our next builds :)

THANKS SO MUCH!

i'm glad you love the Shopkeeper! We only hinted at a mysterious figure, but I'm personally looking forward to building a stronger narrative around it as we expand our game

thank you for your feedback! that's really how we envisioned it from the beginning. our upcoming goals will be to expand the concept and addressing visual clarity, and your idea is definitely on the "chopping block" xD

hope to see you with us in future updates!

(1 edit)

thanks so much Luki Cookie! we will for sure include a simpler, more intuitive tutorial that blends with the game in the future :)

yay! we'll be working on expanding the concept in the future and i hope you'll support us.

actually, that last screenshot is not something you'd wanted to see because it would've dropped your framerate a lot xD

thank you for your feedback Anter! we will work super hard on tweaking and expanding for upcoming builds!

so glad you found love for the predator ball! we were super focused on building out the systems, but game juice that includes hit freeze and flash effect that you mentioned will be worked on for upcoming future. thank you :)

your game (i played since demo day 57) inspired a Healer Ball in my own prototype! hope to bounce more "healing" systems off with you in the future, once we build out more of our vertical slice!

super, super juicy mech game you have going :) what's next for your build?

hi diabolo - since demo day 57 i've kept up with your progress, and it's really cool to see how much effort you put into the game!

Thank you Byte Tapestry for your feedback! Would you be able to share some places you go for royalty-free music?

It seems like you've heard your fair share of Kevin MacLeod, and I know he's been around for a while, but to us he's a brand new composer with great music. I listened to hundreds of his tracks before picking the one we used here and we both thought it fits pretty well with our goals; actually you are the first to say that it doesn't fit (out of >100 comments)!

Sorry that you feel angry and that yes I did make a personal bias request! I'm developing games too so I understand how selfish that is, but I can't help it! It's these concerns that make developing games so fun and rewarding for me xD

And yes, of course, my games will never have shoes on beds!! I'm not so sure where you're from or your culture, but that concern is shared by many many people in Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea at the very least.

GasGod, thanks for the game! I feel that it's got a lot of charm and I loved your UI / art design. I think there's some iteration loops the game will benefit from, for example: camera movement, monsters' spawn rates, projectile impact juice, arena layout.

Overall, I definitely feel your passion and also think it's worthwhile to keep spending time in making it better!

Wow - your UI looks really clean, and i love it since it reminds me of Adventure Quest days. Personally not my thing but wish you success!

thankss Sr.Lavor! pretty much in line with what we thought xd we're moving on to our 2nd game because we really want to make something for the desktop!!

thank you horbror for your feedback ^.^

Looking super juicy! Not my kind of game but good luck on the journey!

There's some feelings about your thumbnail that really stands out to me. I love i t!

hi Caribdis, honestly the writing (as well as other areas) is top-notch and reminds me of one of my favorite stories, which is Greed Island in HxH.

Could I give you a personal feedback of removing shoes when characters are home, at the very least on their bedrooms? It makes me feel not-so-good weird whenever I see them on their beds with the shoes they used to walk around..

Amazing - let's go JuTek!

I came here from Newgrounds - you guys are amazing! looking forward to your future games!

yay thanks for your comment! I'm still here tuning in ^.^ looking forward to any updates :)

Hi Louis and Raphael, congrats on the great effort <3

Would you consider making Zombie Trapper for Itch's browser?

I live in a country with slow internet, so 279 MB took a bit of time, and Microsoft Defender SmartScreen flagged the file for protection :(

Wow this just oozes charm and style <3 Thank you so much for sharing - I personally got skill diffed right from the get go, but I enjoyed everything!
